Write on WhatsApp through our APIs
This feature allows your management software or any other external software to communicate directly with your customers on WhatsApp, using Quoting24 as a bridge.
In simple terms, thanks to this integration, you can send messages and documents automatically, without having to open the Quoting24 application and without having to manually copy and paste data.
What can you do?
Using this connection, your management system can perform three main actions at once:
- Send a text message
You can write any information to the customer: a notice that goods are ready, an order confirmation or a simple greeting.
- Send files and documents (PDF, images, etc.)
Together with the text, you can attach files. This is very useful, for example, to send the PDF of a quote or an invoice directly in the customer's WhatsApp chat.
- Automatically close the request (Ticket)
Often, when a quote or confirmation is sent, the operation can be considered complete.
You can tell the system to "archive" (close) the conversation immediately after sending the message, so the list of open requests on Quoting24 stays clean without having to do it manually.
Technical details for integration
One endpoint is available to send messages to an individual contact through WhatsApp Business API.
Authentication is performed through the X-API-Key header using your tenant's API key, available in the account settings.
