Integration with Qricambi
From this section you can enable or disable the automatic code search on Qricambi.
When you search for a code on Qricambi from Quoting24 and Qricambi is already open in another browser tab, the search is performed in the already open tab instead of opening a new one.
This keeps the work more organized and reduces the number of open tabs while managing requests.
Supplier types
Internal suppliers
Internal suppliers means the 'Lists' of Qricambi.
These are Excel files that contain, for example:
- stock levels in your warehouse
- custom price lists
External suppliers
External suppliers means the e-commerce sites of your suppliers, on which you can perform automatic code searches directly from Quoting24.
Supplier selection and Groups flag
In Settings → Qricambi, in the supplier selection used for search, the Groups flag is available.
When Groups is enabled:
- the supplier groups from the linked Qricambi account appear
- you can add suppliers in bulk by selecting a group, without picking them one by one
Text search in results
When Quoting24 shows Qricambi results or connected supplier results, you can perform a text search within the results.
Search helps you identify more quickly:
- product code
- brand
- description
- supplier
List prices
Search results can also show the list price, when available.
The list price is shown alongside the operational information already present, such as net price, availability and supplier, and helps the operator better evaluate the result before inserting it into the quoting flow.
