Quoting News

Quoting News is the channel where Quoting publishes product updates and notices.

It appears in the chat sidebar, alongside requests. It is not a ticket: it is a read-only chat. Only Quoting can send these messages: operators read them — they do not create or reply to them.

How it works

1. Open Quoting News from the left sidebar.
2. Read the history of communications, ordered by date.
3. When you are done, click I've read: the unread news badge clears, without closing the chat.

You cannot write or reply. If there are no messages, you see the No news empty state.
