AI panel and corrections

For every processed message group, a box appears under the last message of the group. For how messages are grouped, see AI overview.

The AI box in chat

The box shows what changed with those messages, not the full history:

The changed detail is colored so you can spot it immediately.

↑ arrows jump to the message that indicated the vehicle or to the previous request
warnings (triangle) flag AI doubts, for example:
uncertain association
remaining ambiguity
ambiguous abbreviation
conflict between sources
logical inconsistency

A left click on the box (or its parts) is for navigation, not for launching searches:

click a component → opens the right vehicle tab and the matching search flashes
click a code → highlights that code’s search
click a plate or VIN → opens that vehicle’s tab
(if the tab had been deleted, it is recreated)

Left click does not start searches and does not consume credits.

On plate, VIN and code (black pills), right click opens a menu with:

If the AI misreads a plate, VIN or code:

Quoting24 replaces the value everywhere:

From then on the old value is treated as an error, even if a new photo or message repeats it.

Other important rules:

if the corrected value matches an existing vehicle, the two are merged
correcting a plate clears data found with the old plate (VIN, make, model) and restarts the search if automations are active
the spare parts search permission is required

In Settings → Artificial intelligence → AI recognition you can choose how boxes appear in chat.
The three toggles were also moved there:

Shows the full box.

Shows a compact pill with:

This is the mode closest to the previous display.

No boxes in chat.

In all modes, every message linked to a box has an “AI” button:

Left click, right click and Correct also work on the compact pill.
