AI overview
AI is the Quoting24 module that reads and interprets the full conversation of a ticket and updates the right-hand panel (vehicles and spare parts) accordingly.
It no longer only “understands” one message at a time: it takes into account the chat history, the flow of the conversation and the current state of the vehicles/parts section. This way parts end up under the right vehicle even when the customer:
- writes the parts first and the plate later
- sends the registration booklet photo after the parts list
- replies by quoting a previous message
- talks about more than one car in the same ticket
This guide describes AI recognition of the conversation. Where it helps to distinguish it from the in-chat conversational assistant (AI Premium), we say so clearly.
How messages are processed
Nearby messages are processed together, not one by one.
- Quoting24 waits about 15 seconds to group consecutive customer messages.
- If the operator opens the ticket, processing starts immediately.
- The message group produces one summary box in the chat.
This lets the AI see the full context of that conversation “block” and update vehicles and parts consistently.
AI tab on the right
The right section includes an AI tab, visible in the ticket right-hand section.
- while the AI is processing the ticket, a spinner appears
- clicking it reminds you that the in-chat assistant belongs to AI Premium (a different product)
